Mothers day Falls early this year on Sunday 6 March . Here at the  Port House Mums eat free when booking a table of 4 or more

Our special Mums lunch is as below. Please call to book a table . Lunch is served from 11.30 – 15.30

Starters 

Homemade Minestrone soup with parmesan croutons 

Prawn and smoked trout tian, with dill and lemon crème fraiche 

Pressed chicken, potato and leek terrine, red onion chutney.

Mains 

Roast chicken with sage and onion stuffing, roast potatoes and spring vegetables.

Curried Haddock, spinach and sweetcorn fish pie. With turmeric mash and spring vegetables 

Spinach and smoked oyster mushroom tortellini, on crushed butternut, mascarpone and sage sauce.

                      Dessert 

Warm apple and apricot charlotte,  apple crumble   ice cream.  Apricot mousse. ( mothers Trio ) 

Caramelized Lemon crème fraiche  tart with fresh  blueberries and  raspberry  sauce.

Marbled chocolate orange cheese cake, with triple sec syrup and candied zest.
